terms of service

Please read carefully all the following statements. If you disagree with any point, we won’t be able to work together.

- All prices are stated in euros (€), those are basic prices. Additional fees are not excluded if the commission requires more work, additional files or high complexity of design. Make sure you have a clear idea of what you want before contacting me.- All commissions will be via PayPal invoice only, the payment shall be sent before I start working if I approve the commission. If the amount exceeds 50€, paying half before and the other half when I deliver the commission is a possibility that must be discussed beforehand.- Since I do not want to up my prices, a fee will be added to each commission as PayPal fee. You can find a fee chart at the bottom of the page (example: price 25€, fee 0.90€, I will always pick the lower fee).- I only work with VTubers unless I decide otherwise, if you're not a VTuber, I won't work with first arrived first served but application only!- The art commissioned is for personal use only. You cannot resell it under any forms. Non-commercial use only, unless we agree on it and discuss additional commercial fees.- You must credit me for my work, either in your twitch panels or bio. This can be done by adding my twitter username on your profile (example: emotes by @glavolia on twitter) or by adding a direct hyperlink to my twitter after listing what I created for you (example to copy-paste in your panels: [glavolia]( https://twitter.com/glavolia) : emotes). It is mandatory. If I notice I am not credited, I will ask you to add it. If you refuse in any way after I reach out to you, you will not be able to use my work and you’ll have to remove it from all platforms, not crediting me would be breaching my terms of service.- I will ask for precise and detailed description of what you want. References are welcomed and I shall ask you for as many as I would need. You must be sure of the designs you want and consider every aspect of your order before reaching out to me.- If I find myself unable to complete the commission for personal reasons, you will receive a complete refund. If you want to cancel the commission before I start working, you will as well receive a complete refund. Once I start working no refund will be possible unless it is due to my personal reasons.- After the payment is received, I will start working on your commission. I shall send sketches and you will have to approve them or ask for adjustments. Once the sketch is approved, I will only allow minor changes in the work process. I will update you on the commission so if any small changes are needed, I can easily work on them. When I declare the work finished no changes will be allowed.- If you require any large changes or lots of small changes after approving the sketch, additional fees may occur.- I do not work with deadlines, only estimated time of delivery will be given.- Rush orders are available for an additional 50% of the base price, you shall warn me if you need the commission to be worked on quickly.- Modifying, redrawing or copying my work without my consent or knowledge is forbidden. If I give my agreement for you to use my work as reference or want them to be changed in any way, you shall reach out to me so I give my permission.- I have the right to share my commission work on my social medias (@glavolia, Twitter and Instagram) or stream (@glavolia on Twitch) during the creation process unless it has to be kept secret, but you shall tell me about these details beforehand. If you have any special date you want me to respect before posting the work, I will approve those terms.- I am free of using my work in portfolios, and so are you of posting it on social medias as long as I am credited for it.- I have the right to decline any commission requests if I don’t feel comfortable working on them. I also have the right to request removal of any commission that breaches these terms. Uncooperative, unintelligible or indecisive commissioner will result in commission cancellation.- As the artist, I retain full and exclusive rights to the designs I create. You may not claim my work as yours or use it for anything but personal use unless agreed otherwise.
